Laser cutting of sheet metal

Our company Dajano specialises in precise laser cutting of metal sheets, offering customers the highest quality parts with precisely defined shapes and dimensions. Our strengths lie in producing large series in a short space of time - we have up to 5 modern lasers with a working area of 3,000 × 1,500 mm, which work together with an automatic sheet metal warehouse. This makes the production process quick, automated i efficient. We cut sheet metal from 0.5 mm to 40 mm thick, allowing us to handle both lightweight and heavier steel components with the utmost precision.

Laser cutting of tubes and profiles

We also specialise in laser cutting of steel profiles and tubes, providing highest quality and repeatability of details even with complex shapes. We have three advanced machines for tube and profile cutting by the Italian company BLM.

loading and unloading of a 6.5 metre long finished component
workpieces with a maximum diameter of 240 mm and a maximum weight of 40 kg/m
automatic seam finder and material curvature compensation system
can cut black steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper and brass

Sheet metal bending

We offer sheet metal bending services using precision press brakes. We carry out sheet metal bending according to customer specifications. Our experience allows us to produce even the most complex shapes with high accuracy.

sheet thickness up to 12 mm
bending of black steel, stainless steel and aluminium
bending angle compensation system

Robotic welding

We make welding on robotised workstations, This guarantees the repeatability and high quality of welds. Our solutions are used in series production and for individual projects.

Powder coating

We have a modern powder paint shop, in which we implement painting of steel components i aluminium. This process provides a durable and aesthetically pleasing coating resistant to corrosion and mechanical damage. We offer a wide range of colours and finishes to suit customers' needs.

Deburring and surface finishing

We provide services deburring, i.e. removal of sharp edges and burrs after the cutting process. This ensures that the components are safe to use and prepared for further production or assembly stages.
