RODO - Terms and conditions of use
I. INFORMATION FOR CUSTOMERS
In accordance with the provisions of the General Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (RODO), I inform you that:
- The controller processing the personal data is JACEK NOGAJ conducting business under the name P.H.U.P. “Dajano” Jacek Nogaj ul. Ogrodowa 71, 62-680 Opatówek, tel. (062) 769 18 41, e-mail: box@dajano.pl, NIP: 6180011390.
- It follows from the provisions of the aforementioned European Parliament regulation that an individual whose data is processed has the right to request from the controller access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing of personal data concerning the data subject, as well as to object to the processing, and has the right to data portability.
- Personal data will not be passed on to data recipients or third parties other than:
- authorised employees of the employer,
- resulting from the legislation,
- for the implementation of the company's banking service,
- service providers who are contractually entrusted with the processing of Personal Data for the purposes of carrying out the services provided to the Administrator, their authorised employees - to the extent necessary for the proper performance of these services,
- entities cooperating with the Controller to whom Personal Data is made available on the basis of the consent of the data subject and for the purposes indicated therein.
- Personal data will not be transferred to a third country or international organisation.
- The processing is carried out in connection with the performance of a contract to which the person providing the personal data is a party and is necessary for the performance of its purposes (Article 6(1)(b) RODO).
- The provision of personal data is necessary and serves exclusively in the performance of the contract to which the data relates. The processing of the personal data provided will not be subject to automated post-decision-making, including profiling, as referred to in Article 22(1) and (4) of the RODO
- The person whose data is processed, if he/she considers that the processing violates the provisions of the law, has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection (00-193 Warsaw, ul. Stawki 2, tel. 22 531 03 00, fax. 22 531 03 01.
- Personal Data will be retained for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in paragraph 6, and thereafter to the extent required by common law.
- Video surveillance is installed on the work premises. The purpose of the monitoring is: to ensure the safety of employees, the protection of property and the control of production. Production halls, communication and technological paths throughout the plant are monitored, with the exception of sanitary facilities and changing rooms. The monitoring network consists of cameras placed in visible locations within the workplace, the location of which will be indicated to the employee during the first familiarisation with the layout of the workplace. Surveillance footage is stored for one month on a disk located within the workplace, after which it is automatically erased.
II. INFORMATION DURING THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Please include a clause agreeing to the processing of personal data in your CV submitted to the recruitment process. Suggested content:

- Processing is based on the consent of the person who provided the data in the recruitment procedure. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
- The provision of personal data is voluntary and serves the recruitment process only and for its purposes is necessary (Article 6(1)(a) RODO). The processing of the personal data provided will not be subject to automated post-decision-making, including profiling, as referred to in Article 22(1) and (4) of the RODO
- The person whose data is processed, if he/she considers that the processing violates the provisions of the law, has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection (00-193 Warsaw, ul. Stawki 2, tel. 22 531 03 00, fax. 22 531 03 01.

III. INFORMATION FOR THE EMPLOYEE
The employee's data is processed on the basis of employment law for the purpose of the employment relationship and stored in accordance with the implementing provisions in the personnel file.
Video surveillance is installed on the work site.
The purpose of monitoring is: to ensure the safety of employees, the protection of property and the control of production.
Scope of monitoring. Production halls, communication and process paths throughout the plant are monitored, with the exception of sanitary facilities and changing rooms.
The monitoring network consists of cameras placed in visible locations within the workplace, the location of which will be indicated to the employee during the first familiarisation with the workplace layout. The surveillance recordings are stored for one month on a disk located at the workplace, after which they are automatically erased.

- service providers who are contractually entrusted with the processing of Personal Data for the performance of services provided to the Administrator, their authorised employees - to the extent necessary for the proper performance of these services, in particular, data collected by telematic devices with regard to the speed of movement, current position, the route travelled, the length of breaks in the journey, the points visited are collected in order to increase work safety, optimise logistical operations and monitor the performance of the employees' entrusted duties,
- entities cooperating with the Controller to whom Personal Data is made available on the basis of the consent of the data subject and for the purposes indicated therein.
- Personal data will not be transferred to a third country or international organisation.
- The provision of personal data is a statutory requirement and is mandatory (Article 6(1)(c) RODO). The processing of the personal data provided by the employee will not be subject to automated post-decision-making, including profiling, as referred to in Article 22(1) and (4) RODO.
- If an employee considers that the processing violates the law - he/she has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection (00-193 Warsaw, ul. Stawki 2, tel. 22 531 03 00, fax. 22 531 03 01.
- An employee's personal file is archived for 50 years in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Labour and Social Policy of 28 May 1996 on the scope of keeping records by employers in matters related to the employment relationship and the manner of keeping employee personal files (Journal of Laws 1996.62.286).
IV. INFORMATION ON COOKIES

- The website does not collect any information automatically, except for the information contained in cookies.
- Cookies (so-called „cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the Service User's terminal equipment and are intended for use on the Website.
