In a warehouse, we typically have a level floor, controlled conditions, and orderly forklift traffic. On a construction site, the situation is completely different.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Transport containers must operate in much more difficult conditions. They are exposed to&nbsp;<strong>mud, moisture, debris, uneven ground and changing weather conditions<\/strong>. Added to this is the intensive use \u2013 the baskets are repeatedly moved, dragged across the floor, or transported between floors of the building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In such conditions, standard storage containers don&#039;t always perform well in the long term. A structure that functions well in a logistics facility may wear out more quickly on a construction site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That&#039;s why it&#039;s so important to properly select logistics carriers for the work environment. They are often used on construction sites.&nbsp;<strong>hot-dip galvanized<\/strong>, which significantly increases the resistance of the structure to moisture and atmospheric factors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The container floor is also an important element of the structure. In addition to classic wooden solutions,&nbsp;<strong>composite or technical plastic boards (e.g. HDPE \u2013 high density polyethylene)<\/strong>. These types of materials are more resistant to moisture, chemicals, and intensive use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thanks to the ability to modify their design, construction containers can be much better adapted to real-world working conditions than standard storage solutions. This process involves immersing the steel structure in liquid zinc, which creates a durable protective layer over the entire metal surface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thanks to this, the gitterbox is much more resistant to weather conditions and can be used outdoors for many years without losing its structural properties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Bottom and wall construction \u2013 resistance to point impacts<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>On construction sites, transport containers often serve as mobile bins for tools and materials. They hold heavy steel components, screws, structural joints, and sometimes construction waste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In such conditions, standard construction may prove insufficient. The design of the standard container is fully adapted to this method of transportation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, on construction sites it is very often used&nbsp;<strong>vertical transport using cranes<\/strong>.
